Whether you would like to compete in a fun run, a 10k road race, a marathon, fine-tune your run leg in an upcoming triathlon, or simply improve your personal best times, Fearnleys Running Group can help.

By preparing yourself adequately you will enjoy that experience even more. A well-balanced running program includes speed development, essential for all distances from 400m to marathons. Time Trials are employed to measure fitness levels. Hill running improves fatigue resistance and prepares your legs for harder sessions and racing. The Fearnley philosophy of the ‘Long Slow Run’ develops greater leg strength and aids recovery. The program is also mindful of the effects of running surfaces, choosing a variety of venues with different surfaces, thus helping avoid injuries and adding variety to the program.
